ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties in support of the facility.  Responsibilities include accounts receivable and accounts payable, responding to customer inquiries, asset management, preparing communication materials, assisting in product logistics, grain sampling, and general office duties.

The ideal candidate will possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role; knowledge of bookkeeping, general office practices, and Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry; and excellent organizational and communication skills. An agriculture background is considered an asset.
